No Refund for Missed Bootcamp Classes
Once enrolled, no refunds will be issued for missed classes. Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, and no credits or make-up sessions will be provided.
Premium Courses and Content Access
Premium courses and bootcamps are for individual use. Access is granted for the duration of your subscription or enrollment period. We may restrict access or terminate accounts if users violate these terms, without refunds.
Content Usage Restrictions
All course content, including videos, materials, and exercises, is for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, sharing, or unauthorized public display is strictly prohibited.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. Where possible, users will be notified in advance.
Enrollment Availability & Capacity
Bootcamp enrollment operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, and paying for a bootcamp does not guarantee immediate enrollment if capacity has already been reached. If a payment is received after a bootcamp is full or enrollment is otherwise closed, the student will be given the option to join the next available batch or request a full refund. No further compensation will be provided.
Career Growth Add-on
The Career Growth Add-on is an optional upgrade that provides additional career development support. This may include mentorship, guidance, portfolio reviews, interview preparation, and access to career resources. It is intended to help improve your skills and job readiness but does not guarantee any specific outcomes.
Add-on Refund Policy
If you pay for the Career Growth Add-on but are not enrolled into any part of the add-on services, you may request a refund. Once any component of the add-on has been delivered or accessed, refunds are no longer available.
Payments & Refunds
All payments for courses, bootcamps, or services on zestmade.com must be made through the approved payment platforms. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms or required by applicable law. By completing a payment, you agree that you have reviewed the course or bootcamp details and understand the policies associated with the purchase.
Suspension and Termination of Access
zestmade.com may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. Such decisions are final and non-refundable.
